You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. ion55 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account where such use results from your failure to maintain secure credentials.
ion55 reserves the right to close or suspend any account where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete. Providing false information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all account balances.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active ion55 account. The creation of multiple accounts, whether in your own name or through the use of third-party personal information, is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in the cancellation of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals or bonus credits.
In accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) best practices and ion55's internal security policies, all account holders are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before certain account features are activated.
Standard KYC verification is completed within 1 to 24 hours of submission during operational hours (WIB). During Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), processing times may be extended. You will receive an email confirmation once your verification is approved or if additional documentation is requested.
Withdrawals above Rp 5,000,000 per transaction are subject to full KYC clearance. ion55 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time in connection with any transaction or as part of routine account reviews.
ion55 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction. The maximum single-transaction deposit limit is Rp 100,000,000 unless a higher limit has been approved in writing for VIP accounts.
Deposits via bank transfer during Indonesian banking hours are typically credited to your ion55 account within 5 minutes of successful remittance confirmation. Transfers initiated outside of banking hours or on public holidays may take up to 24 hours to credit. ion55 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking infrastructure or e-wallet systems.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered in your ion55 profile. The withdrawal destination must match the name on your KYC-verified identity document. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Most withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to KYC clearance and internal security checks.
All transactions on ion55 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits made in other currencies will be declined. ion55 does not apply currency conversion fees on standard IDR transactions.
The funding of your ion55 account from a payment instrument registered to a third party is strictly prohibited. All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet held in your own name. Violation of this clause may result in account suspension and mandatory return of deposited funds.
ion55 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free-spin equivalents, cashback promotions, referral rewards, and VIP-tier incentives. All bonuses are subject to the specific wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps detailed in the individual promotion's terms at the time of issuance.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Bonus Credits must be wagered a minimum number of times before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The standard wagering requirement is between 10x and 40x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. Bets placed on games with a house edge below 1% may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements.
The exploitation of bonuses through systematic low-risk betting strategies, use of multiple accounts, or coordination with other players to generate artificial turnover constitutes bonus abuse and is strictly prohibited. ion55 reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel pending withdrawals, and permanently close the accounts of players found to have engaged in bonus abuse.
Bonus Credits that are not activated within the stated promotional window, or that have not met their wagering requirements within the specified validity period, will be automatically removed from the account without notice.
All games available on ion55 are operated by licensed third-party software providers and are subject to independent fairness audits. ion55 does not modify the Random Number Generator (RNG) outcomes of any game and presents Return to Player (RTP) percentages as reported by each respective provider.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or network interruption during a game round, ion55 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. No additional compensation will be provided in such circumstances.
Players are expected to conduct themselves honestly and in good faith. The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, AI-assisted prediction tools, or any form of exploit that gives a player an unfair mechanical advantage over other players or the platform is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
